活动简介：
为搭建电源领域青年人才沟通协作的桥梁、助力青年人才成长发展，中国电源学会青年工作委员会自2019年起，已连续成功举办6届 “中国电源学会青年人才论坛”，成为领域内凝聚青年力量、促进交流合作的重要平台。
今年，论坛将继续由中国电源学会与IEEE电力电子学会携手打造，特别邀请电力电子交叉领域的青年学者担任分享嘉宾。届时，他们将围绕自身成长经历、人才培养心得及前沿科研成果展开深度分享，并与现场青年科技工作者面对面交流，为广大青年从业者拓宽学术视野、明确发展方向提供宝贵的借鉴与参考，助力其在电力电子交叉领域实现更快成长与突破。
To build a bridge for communication and collaboration among young talents in the power supply field and facilitate their growth and development, the Young Professional Committee of China Power Supply Society (CPSS) has successfully held the "CPSS Young Professional Forum" for six consecutive sessions since 2019. It has now become a key platform in the field for gathering young forces and promoting exchange and cooperation.
This year, the forum will continue to be co-hosted by the CPSS and the IEEE Power Electronics Society. Young scholars in the interdisciplinary field of power electronics will be specially invited as guest speakers. At the event, they will deliver in-depth sharing sessions on their personal growth experiences, insights into talent cultivation, and cutting-edge scientific research achievements. They will also engage in face-to-face exchanges with young scientific and technological workers on-site, providing valuable references for young practitioners to broaden their academic horizons, clarify their development directions, and helping them achieve faster growth and breakthroughs in the interdisciplinary field of power electronics.
