Biography: Lin Ruan, Researcher and PhD supervisor at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Hunan University in 1997 and a Doctoral degree in Engineering from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. She previously worked at Beijing Heavy Duty Motor Factory and has been working at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2004. She currently serves as Secretary-General of the Professional Committee on Cooling Technology for Clean Energy Equipment, Chinese Society for Hydroelectric Engineering, and Member of the Motor Standardization Technical Committee in the electric power industry. She has presided over numerous projects commissioned by the state and enterprises, involving areas such as evaporative cooling technology and pumped storage generator motors. |
